Developed through close collaboration between Romooz for Engineering Consultancy as lead designer and Arch Centre Consulting Architects & Engineers as project manager and design supervisor, the project emphasizes sculpted architectural forms, spacious interiors, and smooth functional flow. Together, these qualities establish the mall as a distinctive landmark in Jeddah and a vibrant destination for visitors and investors alike.
