Riyadh View

Riyadh View is an urban design project located east of Riyadh along the Dammam–Janadriyah Road, covering approximately 2 million square meters. The scope includes the preparation of the preliminary master plan, required technical studies, and coordination with the Municipality and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City to obtain planning approvals. The initial sketches define the planning concept, addressing road hierarchy, pedestrian corridors, and the distribution of green spaces and supporting services to create a balanced and efficient urban framework.
