Riyadh Techno valley

RTV (Riyadh Techno Valley) is an urban design project located in Riyadh, developed for King Saud University, covering an area of approximately 1.67 million square meters. The project was designed as an integrated innovation district, bringing together research, education, and technology-driven activities within a cohesive master plan. The design establishes a clear urban structure through defined circulation networks, pedestrian corridors, and public spaces, while ensuring functional zoning, connectivity, and a unified architectural character across the development.
