The tower was designed with an organic and contemporary architectural language that maximizes views toward the Arabian Gulf. The project includes hotel rooms of various sizes, along with integrated facilities such as a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, and event spaces, offering a distinctive hospitality experience overlooking the waterfront and the city of Al Khobar.
