Asas Tower(commercial, office, and residential) is a competition won by Arch Centre for the strength of the design idea and its consideration of the cultural and architectural background in the city, where there was a challenge in creating a strong relationship between the past, the present and the future, Where the modernity rise from the historical base through a gradual transformation in architecture language. the building was ideally placed on the site by directing it to the sea, Lagoon, King Fahad Bridge, City. which gave the final shape of the project.
