The project followed in it Architectural elements the Aseery Architectural heritage, by using the local natural stones in the formation of the walls, providing a white ordinary strip in traditional buildings. This comes under same course and architectural school followed by Arch. Centre in its previous projects in the area to emphasize the possibility of utilizing the local cultural properties but in a revived modern external appearance.
